What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by January 5, 2024, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black-tie optional. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length, midi formal dresses, a jumpsuit, or nice pants and jacket. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie/bowtie. No jeans, flip-flops, running shoes, or shorts please!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only, 21+ event. We encourage you to use our wedding as a great date night!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invitation envelope and under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask all guests to keep their phones put away during our ceremony to be present. Our photographer is amazing and will get some great shots during the ceremony that we are happy to share. During the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you want!

When do we need to book our hotel by?

Answer

If you are staying in our hotel block at the Epicurean Atlanta, all rooms must be booked by Wednesday, January 24, 2024. After that, the rooms will be released to the public and you will not receive our discounted rate. Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be fully indoors at The Wimbish House in Atlanta. There will be a coat closet for those who will be wearing coats (it is February after all!).

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking garage right next to our venue. 1100 Peachtree (LAZ Parking) 2 Lots south of Wimbish House. The Peachtree Rd. entrance can be accessed Saturday 7am - 10pm. Cars can be retrieved after-hours by calling security from the call box. We do not suggest parking in the lot directly next to our venue as it is not gated. We highly suggest staying in one of the hotels listed on the "travel" page and walking or Ubering to our venue!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM sharp. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to find seats and get settled before the ceremony begins. Guests can begin arriving as early as 4:30 PM.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the venue. All the hotels on the "travel" page are within 0.3 miles of the venue and are easily walkable or a short Uber ride away. If you will be driving, please park in the gated parking garage listed in the FAQ.
