Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1PM, so we kindly request that you arrive at least 25 minutes prior ensuring you do not miss a thing! This will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will be asked to wait until it is over to join the crowd. We hope to see you there on time!
We would love to see our friends and family dress to impress on our big day! We kindly request that all guests not involved in the wedding party wear formal black attire. Suits/tuxes for men and floor length dresses/gowns for women. Please no jeans/denim, and avoid any shades of white. White under shirts for men are okay! The ceremony will be held outside.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones and cameras be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over and we move to the reception, feel free to capture as many pictures as you would like. Don’t forget to share them with us!
Due to limited space we can only accommodate those who are listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can’t wait to see you there!
Due to limited space this will be an adults-only event. As much as we love your little ones, we request that you arrange the correct childcare to be able to attend our wedding. This does not include little ones that are included in our wedding party or the few in our immediate family. We hope you understand!
Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025. You can find the RSVP section of the website by clicking on the tab above. If you do not RSVP by that date we will assume you are unable to attend and will not be included in the head count. Thank you.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it please use the RSVP system and let us know as soon as possible by choosing the “Not Attending” option, that way we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
This will be a dry wedding with no alcohol. There are no exceptions to this rule. We agreed to this in our contract with our venue. We hope you understand!
Yes! The ceremony will be held in an outdoor area as well as the reception. The ceremony area is grassy, so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear ladies! February is considered winter in Florida, but I am sure most people will agree that it is more like a chilly day. As the evening progresses it may get a bit cool for some of you, we recommend bringing a light jacket if you tend to be a cold person naturally.
Our ceremony begins at 1PM & our reception will end at 6PM. This is a 5-hour event.
