Benjamin and Mikayla first met when she took a summer job at a salon. God had a way of bringing the two together through working together at this salon. After weeks of "unintentional" running into each other at work, Mikayla agreed to go on a date with Benjamin at Soccer Taco. The rest is history.

Everyone always asks the bride, "were you expecting it?" Mikayla was not expecting this day or how it took place. Mikayla's family worked diligently with Benjamin to plan the perfect proposal. Mikayla had been told that the family was doing a family photo shoot at their family farm. Mikayla's mom and dad walked her down the hill to the lighted gazebo where Benjamin wait. Benjamin knew how important family is to Mikayla and had arranged for the rest of Mikayla's family to be hidden at the site.
