The first time she saw him was across the high school auditorium, wearing a leather jacket, dancing to some song she couldn’t tell you the name of and she was intrigued. If you ask him, he will tell you he remembers that night too, but his first true memory of her is at Homecoming 2010. Flash forward and the convenience of modern technology and social media allow them to reconnect. Getting to really know each other for the first time and forming a friendship neither one of them saw coming. He fell in love with her at an Ed Sheeran concert in 2015, she was quick to follow. A few short months later he was applying to Lipscomb University (where she was getting her Bachelor’s degree) and following her back home to Tennessee. Working 40 hour weeks while getting their degrees was tough, but they always had each other to come home too. They adopted another fur baby, and made their house (apartment) a home. They both graduated with their Bachelor degrees along the way. In the Summer of 2018 he got down on one knee and asked her the question she had been waiting for! They were getting married!
