Matron of Honor
Julia and I always joke that we’re the same type, just in a different font. Best friends since birth, we’ve always thought alike, which has only strengthened our bond. We’re infamously known as the Dolphin Girls—a very exclusive club we created with her sister and Co-Maid of Honor Lyndsay that still stands strong today. We even gave ourselves a rebrand in our teen years, adding a little edge to our image by becoming Dolphin Fire. Jokes aside, Julia is the first person I turn to for advice or motivation, and I know she’ll always be there for me, just as I will for her—no matter what life throws our way. Even though we’re cousins, Julia is like the sister I’ve always wanted.
Maid of Honor
From the very beginning, Lyndsay has been the heart of the Dolphin Girls and the brightest light in our lives. She brings a spark of fun into every room she enters, and I’m forever grateful the universe brought us together as cousins and built in best friends. Her kind heart is truly contagious, and she completes the bond between Julia and me. Lyndsay is more than just my cousin—she’s my soul sister. An eternal bond that will always be ignited.
Bridesmaid
Ben loves to joke that he knew Susanna first, but I like to remind him that she’s my true soulmate. Susanna and I crossed paths during our time at the College of Charleston, but it was during the unforgettable summer between our Sophomore and Junior years that we truly became inseparable. There’s something incredibly special about having a best friend who has been by your side through every phase of your 20s and into the next chapter of your life. Susanna is one of those rare people who understands me completely, and I’m beyond grateful to have her in my life.
Bridesmaid and Sister of the Groom
Charlotte and I bonded early on. Before Ben and I were together, Charlotte and I met in the girls’ room at a function, and I was immediately obsessed with how she styled her jewelry. We chatted, laughed, and went our separate ways unknowing that we’d be a part of each other’s lives from that moment on. Before long, our friend groups intertwined, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Knowing that I’m gaining a sister through my marriage to Ben fills my heart with so much joy. I’m beyond grateful for Charlotte’s love and friendship from the very beginning, and I look forward to all the wonderful moments that lie ahead.
Bridesmaid
The story of Cappy and me is one of my all-time favorites. After freshman year at the College of Charleston and a summer at home, I returned to school and was immediately added to a group message that Cappy created, the beginning of the rest of our lives as best friends. We were Sorority sisters in Zeta, so she’s my "Zister" for life, but our friendship goes far beyond that group chat. It’s been a constant, unwavering part of my life for the past 10 years. My love for Cappy is limitless, and I am so incredibly grateful that she added me to that chat all those years ago—it changed everything.
Co Best Man
Rakesh and I first met in 6th grade when I visited The Key School as a prospective student. He was assigned as my tour guide and showed me around campus. A year later, I moved to Annapolis and started 7th grade, where I was assigned to be Rakesh's "buddy." From that moment, we hit it off and became inseparable. Over the years, our bond has only grown stronger, and to this day, Rakesh remains one of my closest and best friends. We’re fortunate to have a friendship that has lasted this long, and I’m truly grateful that he’s agreed to be a part of such a monumental moment in my life.
Co Best Man
Jon and I's friendship started in 11th grade when he was not only the new kid at school, but also a fellow tall guy. Knowing how that felt, I decided to reach out to him and ask if he wanted to play Xbox. We quickly became close friends, and though we both moved away from Annapolis we continued to keep in touch and found ourselves as classmates once again at The College of Charleston. To this day Jon is one of my best friends, and I feel very fortunate to have him as a co best man.
Groomsman and Brother of the Bride
Nikolas and I first crossed paths during a family trip to Blowing Rock, NC—my first weekend getaway with Mikayla’s family, and a trip I’ll never forget. As soon as I walked into the house, Nik, knowing full well I’m a Ravens fan, handed me a beer in a Steelers koozie with a grin and said, "Drink up." That moment set the tone for years of playful rivalry between our teams. In fact, I even asked Nik to be my groomsman at a Steelers vs. Ravens game, handing him a Terrible Towel. I’m incredibly grateful for Nik's friendship and support over the years, and I’m looking forward to making many more memories with him in the years to come.
Groomsman
David and I go way back—we met in 7th grade and realized we were neighbors. Since then, we've connected over many shared interests, but the one that's remained constant through the years is our mutual love for Electronic Music. To this day, we still send each other new tracks, and I'm truly grateful for the bond we share. Whenever we get together, it's as if no time has passed at all.
Groomsman
I first met Ari as a Freshman at the College of Charleston where I had recently joined the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Ari was a Junior and became my Big Brother. Since then our brotherhood has persisted. I am grateful for all of the support in life and my career Ari has given me over the years. Including persuading me to move to DC to pursue a masters degree at Georgetown. I am privileged to have a friend like Ari.
Bride's Sister-in-Law
Deicy is the most kind-hearted addition to our family, and it’s a privilege to witness the love she shares with my brother—the love he truly deserves. Her warmth and generosity have touched us all, and I am incredibly grateful for the unwavering love and support she has given me over the years. Having her as my sister-in-law is an honor, and I look forward to creating many more cherished memories together.
Bride's Late Youngest Brother
Though Domenik is no longer with us on this Earth, I knows his spirit is with me every single day. His last words to me were that I would make the most beautiful bride. While our hearts ache from his absence—especially during such a pivotal moment in my life—I am committed to honoring his legacy throughout this journey. We were inseparable, always thick as thieves. He had a special way of showing genuine interest in whatever I was passionate about, and I loved how he always wanted to be around me and my friends. Together, we shared countless experiences that will forever hold a special place in my heart. Though his time on this Earth was far too short, my love for my baby brother is unwavering and limitless, and I carry him with me every step of the way.
Dr. John & Karla Ceraso & Mr. Thomas & Andrea Winckler
Ben and I are deeply grateful for the overwhelming love and support our parents have shown us—not just throughout the wedding season, but our entire lives. Words cannot fully express the depth of our gratitude and love for them.
