The real gift is being able to spend our day with you! . . We know it's not traditional But instead of a wedding list We'd like a bit of sun We've lived together quite a while And all the bills are paid We have our plates, our pots and pans Our plans have all been made If you'd like to give a gift To help us celebrate Some money for a honeymoon We would appreciate While gifts are not expected, as your presence is more than enough, we will have our wishing well at our big day if you wish to contribute to our future as a married couple!
For starters, our ceremony will be taking place outdoors this fall - so do your best to dress for the unpredictable Wisco weather! We welcome you to aim for comfort and cocktail attire for our special day.
The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m., so plan to arrive as early as 3:30 in order to get seated and ready for the big day ahead!
Please see your RSVP section, there you will be able to see how many seats are reserved under your name.
We have reserved blocks of rooms at Comfort Inn & Suites in Johnson Creek, WI. Please call the hotel at (920) 699-2800 in order to make your reservation. Be sure to mention our names (Krueger/Frick wedding) upon booking in order to receive the reduced rate.
Our venue provides ample parking, so there is no need to worry about this detail. You are also able to leave your vehicles parked over night until the next day at 12:00n.
We would kindly ask that you refrain from using technology - cell phones, cameras, and tablets during our ceremony - as we would love for each and every one of you to be present during this special moment. Our wonderful photographer will be documenting this part of our story for us to share with you all later on! As soon as the "I Do's" wrap-up, feel free to snap away, and don't forget to use our hashtag!
Our biggest priority in these challenging times is each other's health and safety. While we are still moving forward with our plans, we respect your decision to not attend if that is the best option for you. We ask that you let us know if you are not attending ASAP so that we can adjust our plans, as this pandemic has made planning extremely hectic. For those who do still plan to attend, here is some more in formation. 1. Our ceremony is outdoors. 2. Our reception space fits 225, and our expected attendance is far lower (estimating about 125 max.), so there will be plenty of space to keep your distance if you so choose. 3. Dinner is a sit-down plated meal (not buffet style). 4. Dessert will either be individually served or individually wrapped. 5. We will seat families together as we are able. 6. Jefferson County does not have a mask mandate in place as of 7/20 but you are more than welcome to wear a mask. 7. Extra hand-sanitizing stations will be available for guest use.
Yes - all families, households, or groups traveling together for the day will each have the room to have a table to themselves! The ample space in the venue provides us the opportunity to spread out for the dinner portion of our celebration.
The state of Wisconsin mask mandate expires on September 28, 2020. In the event that it is not extended - the decision is yours and we encourage you to do what makes you and your family most comfortable. Our ceremony is outdoors and there will be plenty of room to spread out between seats, but if a mask makes you more comfortable - wear it! Indoors, eating/drinking will be taking place the majority of the evening - so again, this is up to you! Ample pre-cautions are being taken otherwise. We respect your decisions either way! *We encourage those who are able to self-quarantine prior/after the event as well.*
