Bride
The heart of gold. The love of my life. She’s everything I’d ever want in a life partner... strong, smart, funny, and way too beautiful to be real. There’s never a boring moment with her, and I mean that in the best way. It’s only been a year, but I’ve leveled up in ways I never imagined, just from being around her. Everything feels possible with her. She’s the most resilient person I’ve ever met, and her light? Brighter than the sun. We’re not just building a life — we’re walking a path of deen, love, and purpose together. I thank Allah every day for her. She’s home.
Groom
Aymen understands me in a way that feels rare and deep..he doesn’t just hear me, he feels me. From the very beginning, our connection has been wholehearted and pure. He is respectful, kind-hearted, grounded, and gentle.. always moving with sincerity and intention. Everything he’s done has been with honor. He approached my family with faith, care, and wholehearted respect...upholding values with quiet strength and integrity. In a noisy world, Aymen brings peace and clarity. He feels like home. We’re both creatives, drawn to vision, purpose and meaning. Together, we dream, build, and bring ideas to life. But more than anything, I trust him. I trust this, the kind of love that feels safe, aligned, and real. Aymen is an answered prayer...the kind of man I hoped for. One who gives me room to grow, honors my creativity, and holds space for patience, presence, and purpose. He is a man of purpose, of presence, of patience. The kind I prayed for. InshAllah, the years ahead will be filled with love, laughter, service, and faith—side by side, heart to heart. Ayymen
Maid of Honor
Yamina – A sweet shy little girl, my Heart To know Yamina is to know light! She is the kindest soul I’ve ever met, teachers, other friends enjoy her sunshine energy— warm, wise, and full of grace far beyond her years. She gives without asking. Loves without limits. And shows up for the people she cares about in ways that move mountains. Mimi is an answer to prayers I whispered in silence. She’s the friend I always wanted, the sister I always needed, the soft place I never knew I could land. She has stood by me with a heart full of compassion and arms always ready to hug. On the days I needed strength, she was already holding it for me. She is very special to me in this life and the next. Aymen message "Mimi is pure light. A heart of gold just like her mama. Sweet, thoughtful, and always down for a good time. She’s a great dance partner and brings so much joy to the room. She moves through life with love, and I’m grateful to move through part of it with her."
Best Man
Named after Surah Yasin — a chapter that always brought me peace — Yaseen carries that same calm, strength, and sense of protection in his presence. Even before I could understand the words of that surah, I felt its comfort. And that’s exactly what he is to me: comfort in human form. Yaseen is smart, witty, endlessly curious, and full of soul. He’s a protector, a jokester, a gamer, and an aspiring lawyer-slash-NBA star (Insha’Allah)!!! He and Aymen have built a respectful, growing bond — one that gives me peace knowing my son is surrounded by strength, gentlness and care. Yaseen, no matter how tall you grow or where life takes you, you’ll always be my little king. My heart in motion always in this life and the next. Aymen message: "Future NBA star. Gamer. Lawyer in the making. This kid is too smart for his own good — always curious, always questioning, always three moves ahead. I didn’t know exactly what I was signing up for… but getting to be part of his world has been one of the biggest blessings. Big energy, big dreams, and a bigger heart."
Mother of the Bride
🌹 Mama, You are the strongest woman I know — wise, fiery, fearless. Fierce, funny, and absolutely unforgettable. You’re the foundation everything was built on. A woman of both strength and strategy, you raised three kids while juggling multiple jobs, eventually opening a 24/7 daycare — not just as a business, but as a way to protect and provide for the people you love most. You taught resilience through action — moving us across states when safety came first, turning challenges into lessons, and always knowing when to be tough and when to be tender. Your wisdom is unmatched… though we’ll never forget the time you were high off the epidural and accidentally misspelled my last name on the birth certificate. 😂 That “oops” became family history — and now none of us share the same last name as our Dad, but hey… it’s close enough. :D Your legacy is one of grit, loyalty, and deep, unwavering love. Your strength runs through the bride, and your story lives in every step forward. Thank you for everything, Mama. You are my heart, my hero, and my forever home.
Father of the Bride
In Loving Memory - The kind of man who could light up a room with his laugh. Funny, kind-hearted, and generous to a fault — the kind of soul who would give the shirt off his back to someone in need. He could walk into a room and instantly light it up...with his laughter, his jokes, his joy. He was the life of the party, a true free spirit with a hippie heart and a radiant presence that made people feel good just by being around him. His energy was magnetic, and his love, when you felt it, was warm and real. He was taken from us too soon… I wish I had more time — more conversations, more clarity, more chances to ask the things I didn’t know I needed to ask. As I get older, I see him more clearly. I understand that love isn’t always perfect, and people are doing their best with the tools they’ve been given. He was human, and like all of us, he struggled. Life pulled him in directions that made it hard to be fully present, but his love was always there, even if quietly. He did what he could with what he knew. And for that, I hold space for gratitude. He kept a photo of me by his bedside... a quiet reminder of the love that never left & he made it nearly impossible to kick a slushy addiction.. 7-Eleven runs were kind of his thing. His story was layered, imperfect, and full of heart. I carry his laughter with me. His humor. His lightness. His vibe. And while his journey ended too soon, his memory lives on in smiles, in strength, and in the quiet spaces where his memory remains.
Man of Honor
Doctor Nidal is more than an uncle — he’s been a father figure and constant source of love and wisdom in my life. Kind-hearted, funny, smart, loving and deeply sincere, he’s always shown up, even from across the world. He checks in, calls often, and never hesitates to travel just to be with family. That kind of consistency is rare... and deeply felt. He carries joy in his heart, loves to laugh and dance, and lives with compassion. Through him, I’ve gained more brothers: Dr. Ahmad, Akrum, and Hisham Irshaid — all raised with honor, love, and a strong sense of identity. He helped build a bond between our families rooted in respect, tradition, and unconditional support. He was also a guide to my late father, his younger brother, always checking in and keeping him grounded. Doctor Nidal is everything beautiful about being Palestinian and Arab — cultured, proud, compassionate, and full of life. cultured, compassionate, and proud no matter who you are, where you came from. He’s traveled the world, speaks several languages, and carries wisdom that bridges generations and cultures. A man of wisdom, dignity, and heart, he means the world to me. Beside him is his wife, Sana — graceful, loving, and a phenomenal mother and cook. Their presence in my life is a blessing I’ll never take for granted. I’m proud to be an Irshaid because of them.
Honor Attendant
Aunt Sana is one of the most graceful, generous, and quietly powerful women I know. She’s the heart of her home—raising kind, intelligent, and grounded children with so much love and care. Watching her as a mother has inspired me more than I can explain. I hope to carry even a fraction of her patience, strength, and warmth into my own motherhood journey. She’s always willing to help, always thinking of others, and somehow always manages to make a delicious meal while doing it all. (Seriously—her cooking is next level.) Beyond the kitchen, she brings laughter, hospitality, and ease wherever she goes. She’s fun, wise, and deeply loving—and I’m so grateful to have her as an example, an aunt, and a woman I deeply admire.

The one who’s been there since day one....literally. Sami wasn’t just my little brother growing up… he was my built-in best friend and full-time partner in chaos. Our childhood was packed with legendary moments. I was obsessed with him as a baby — changed his diapers like he was a doll, played with him constantly. Then one day (according to my mom), I threw him away. Naked. Upside down. Into the trash can. She woke up to find baby Sami blue and limp… until the blood rushed back and he smiled like nothing happened. That pretty much sums us up. And of course, the time I pulled my exorcist stunt... big hair, scary old man mask, bent backwards walking like I was possessed, making noises, speaking latin....and he woke up and punched me square in the face. lol...Deserved. We grew up close in age, and we’ve always celebrated life together... same birthday---one day apart, stories stacked from floor to ceiling. I’ve always admired him, always rooted for him, and always been proud to call him my brother. You’ll always be my brother, my first friend, and one of my favorite people on this earth. A man of few words! Oh and He's a Barber opening up his shop--- TAPER BAY for TAMPA BAY!!!
Honor Attendant
🧡 Honoring Papa Joe After losing my father, I quietly longed for the presence of someone steady — wise, kind, and full of heart. Then came Papa Joe. We met by chance when I returned to Florida and began rebuilding my life. He reached out about solar after a simple Google search. When I visited his home, I noticed a playground in his yard. He told me his grandkids no longer used it, and that he’d recently lost his wife of 45 years. There was a quiet sadness in his eyes that struck something deep in me. We kept in touch — not for business, but because we genuinely connected. Later, he offered me that same playground. I didn’t have space for it, but mentioned my mom’s daycare. Without hesitation, he offered to gift it to her. He loaded it up himself and helped us deliver it — even when pieces flew off mid-ride. That day, he met my mom… and from then on, he became family. Papa Joe is my chosen family. A father figure. A mentor. A friend. A grounding presence in my life. He leads with quiet strength, integrity, and love. He’s loyal, thoughtful, and full of wisdom. He reminds me of everything good.. its love that just shows up, safe and full of integrity. His guidance and care have meant more than words can express. His love reminds me not just of what a good man is.. but that unconditional love still exists in this world. Papa Joe will always hold a special place in my heart. Papa Joe came into my life exactly when I needed him most — and I’m so grateful he did.

🏈 Jermey– My First Coach, My Big Brother Jermey was the one who taught me how to throw a football, how to catch, and how to stay tough no matter what. He taught me to be tough and strong, and some street smarts. Because of him, I made varsity as a freshman and sophomore — and he never missed a chance to cheer me on. I’ll never forget the day I broke my pinky, popped it back in, and looked over to see him proud and loud in the stands. That kind of support sticks with you. He’s always willing to lend a hand... whether it’s helping me build an 18-foot art centerpiece for my engagement party (yes, really!) or bringing my creative ideas to life. Jermey’s a natural when it comes to fixing things, cooking, and making the impossible happen with whatever tools are around. And when it comes to football? No one reps harder for the Green Bay Packers than Jermey. Win or lose, he’s ride-or-die for that team...I’ve never seen a fan like him.

🧡 My Irshaid Brothers/Cousins Dr. Ahmad, Akrum, and Hisham These three men mean so much to me — each one dedicated, loving, and deeply rooted in family. Dr. Ahmad, my Sagittarius soul brother — from the moment we met, I felt a connection. You’re quiet, observant, and grounded. We connect through music, emotion, and soft, soulful energy. You make people feel seen — especially Yaseen — and you carry such a gentle strength. I know you’ll be an incredible father and husband one day. Hisham, the tallest but the youngest — I remember feeding you rice milk as a baby (while you cried nonstop!), and I was so in love with your little face. You’ve grown into a handsome, kind young man. You dance debka like a pro, and you remind me so much of my dad — not just in how you look, but in your spirit. Akrum, my brother with the Leo energy — you light up every room. You’re talented in so many ways: from piano and sports to your humor and charm. You’re well-rounded, full of life, and let’s be real — you look like trouble, but you’re one of the good ones. And yes, your dance moves are 🔥. I’m so proud of each of you. You’re not just my cousins — you’re my brothers. I love you all dearly.
Bridesmaid
My sister in law, but like a sister to me. Nour is the quiet strength in the room — grounded, intuitive, and full of depth. She speaks when it matters, with a steadiness that stays long after the moment passes. She leads with grace — gently, sincerely, and with intention. Her Lebanese roots show in her hospitality, her warmth, and the way she makes others feel at ease just by being herself. We’ve shared so much — creative projects, deep conversations, and the joy of building together. I’m the bold, color-splashed dreamer. She’s the minimalist — thoughtful, structured, and refined. But together, we balance. And when we create, we really create. She’s a gifted storyteller, a thoughtful listener, and a phenomenal mother. Whether she’s cooking, planting in her garden, or working on a home project, everything she touches is done with love and purpose. Nour is a force of grace... and I’ll always carry deep admiration, gratitude, and love for her. I’ll always be cheering for her
Ring Bearer
💛 Nasim – Our Little Heart of Gold Kind, gentle, and full of love — Nasim brings warmth wherever he goes. He’s the type of kid who makes everyone feel seen and cared for, just by being himself. The bond he shares with Yamina is something truly special. Watching them laugh, play, and protect each other is like seeing a flash of the past — a reminder of the same connection their dad, Sami, and the bride once shared as kids. Nasim is a bright light in the family — sweet, funny, and always ready with a big heart. A Yapper, funny little dude and loved more than he knows.
Flower Girl
👑 Only three years old, and already stealing the spotlight wherever she goes. Leah is full of laughter, sass, and sparkle — a true girly girl with fearless energy and a heart full of sunshine. She’s playful, confident, and impossibly funny, with a big personality that fills the room. Whether she’s playing dress-up, giving orders like a mini Tata, or striking a pose in full glam, Leah brings so much light and joy to every moment. More than just a flower girl, she’s family — a little soul who holds a big place in the bride’s heart. One of the favorite little humans in the world. Forever your dress-up bestie 💕

✌🏽 Uncle Billy – My Good Vibes, Soul-Tied Uncle Uncle Billy and I have always shared something special — our hippy hearts, spiritual fire, and that unspoken bond. You've watched me grow, and I’ve watched you grow into a man full of faith, flavor, and light. Through everything, you’ve shown up with kindness, respect, and unforgettable energy. You’ve always been the life of the party — your food, your vibe, your heart. Still are. But what moves me most is your journey back to God. That glow? It shows. I see it, and I’m proud of you. Thank you for your love, your loyalty, and for always being someone I could count on.
Bridesmaid
This bond is like no other. Aunt Basma isn’t just family — she’s like a second mother, a sister, a soul twin. Her love has been a steady presence in my life, and she holds a forever place in my heart. She is pure joy — kind, beautiful inside and out, and one of the most genuinely loving people I’ve ever known. She’s never judged, never criticized — only offered du’a, encouragement, and unconditional love. Truly an angel in human form. I wish more than anything she could be at my wedding. Her absence will be felt deeply, but her spirit is stitched into every part of this moment. We share the same humor — the kind that turns into joyful tears and belly laughs. If I had one wish, it would be to have her close by instead of across the world in Jordan. I always joke that in the next life, we’ll be 33 in Jannah — riding flying horses or cruising in my Jeep with her hijab fluttering in the wind, both of us laughing like we always do. Aunt Basma, I love you endlessly. You are one of the greatest gifts in my life — and always will be.
Bridesmaid
👑 Queen Lequina – A Light Like No Other Queen Lequina is one of my longest-standing, dearest friends for over 20 years, we met in elementary— and truly one of the most powerful women I know. We met in the most unforgettable way—outside the men’s bathroom. She was headed straight in, and I jumped in like, “Wait!! Don’t go in there! You’ll see something you do not wanna see!” She looked at me like I was crazy... and that, my friends, is how our friendship started. I've been saving her ever since (or at least trying to), but trust me—Lequina is a whole force, but that small act turned into a lifelong friendship rooted in loyalty, joy, and heart. Lequina is a writer, businesswoman, and the founder of Black Girl Rolling, an advocacy platform promoting inclusion with faith at the center. Living with cerebral palsy, she has defied every limitation... graduating college with multiple degrees, speaking out for others, and lighting up the world wherever she rolls. Her strength, purpose, and joy are unmatched. She cries when I cry, laughs when I laugh, and shows up with a heart bigger than anything I’ve ever known. I love making her laugh.. she makes me happy. Im proud of her, she reminds me to keep going. She fights for the people she loves...literally and figuratively (don’t test her wheelchair speed, it’s elite 😆). She is fearless, hilarious, and full of life. I’m honored to call her my friend, my sister, my family.
Bridesmaid
Gloria is one of the strongest and longest-standing friends in my life — the kind of person whose loyalty never wavers. Protective, honest, and full of heart, she’s always had that big sister energy. From the very beginning, she made sure I felt seen, safe, and supported. We’ve shared so much — matching outfits, sister-like middle school memories, and seasons of both joy and pain. She’s shown up for me in ways I’ll never forget. She gives me hope when I feel low, strength when I need grounding, and encouragement when I start to doubt myself. She knows the law like a pro, she moves with confidence, and I believe in her more than she even knows. Gloria is kind, big-hearted, spicy, and the life of every room she walks into. She’s family in every way that counts — and always will be.
Bridesmaid
Danielle and I go way back—we met in college over 10 years ago, and our lives have crossed paths in beautiful ways ever since. She’s strong, resilient, hardworking, and always brings a sweet presence to any space. We've shared so a lot of memories, birthdays, and moments that I’ll always appreciate. I’m happy she’s part of this chapter too. Fona Fona came into my life through Danielle, and I instantly loved her energy. She’s my Turkish sister with major hippie, happy vibes—free-spirited, kind, and always ready to bring the fun. Her lightheartedness is infectious, and I can’t wait to celebrate with her on the dance floor!
Bridesmaid
Hind is joy in human form — vibrant, charismatic, and the life of every room she walks into. Our friendship may be new, but it’s already filled with laughter, warmth, and an effortless bond that feels like we've known each other forever. She’s the kind of friend who makes everything more fun — from late-night chats to celebrating Eid at the masjid. In fact, she played a major role in this entire love story. It was during Eid, while we were together, that Aymen first saw me and asked if I had a wali. Hind encouraged me to take his interest seriously — and because of her, I opened my heart to the possibility. This celebration wouldn’t be happening without her spark. Though I wish we had more time and memories together, I’m so grateful to have her in my life and standing by my side on this special day. Hind, your energy is unmatched and your presence is a gift!
Bridesman
💫 To My Cousin Josean – Cool, Calm, and Collected... Josean’s been in my life for a long time -- We learned so much together, and learned so much about our religion together. He is a quiet force and solid presence. Back in the day, I used to color-coordinate our outfits before school with my brother and cousins, so we can hop out the car with the same wave of color on daily. If the cousins didn’t match me? They didn’t eat. That was the rule — and Josean always matched. 😂 Proud of you, cousin. lol
Bridesman
Brother Sadiki is more than a mentor — he’s a father figure, a guide, and a true light in my life. I met him over 15 years ago at the masjid, where he helped establish and build up a strong community here in St. Pete. From youth programs to heartfelt reminders, he’s played a major role in shaping the spiritual roots of so many — myself included. A Muslim convert with a heart full of wisdom and joy, Brother Sadiki walks with purpose and presence. He’s someone I deeply admire — not just for what he teaches, but for how he lives it. His laughter is contagious, and the way we can joke through pain and still find meaning is a gift I’ll always cherish. In times when I felt lost, Brother Sadiki reminded me where to turn: back to Allah, back to truth, back to faith. His consistency, sincerity, and ability to bring people back to guidance has made a lasting impact on my journey. He embodies the beauty of Islam — joyful, grounded, wise, and always full of light.
Mother of the Groom
My mom is the heart behind everything. She’s been there for every ride — literally. Long drives to band practice, baseball games, all that. And somehow she still had a home-cooked meal ready most nights. Her food? Amazing. Like, no matter how good life gets, nothing beats a plate from Mom. She shaped me into the person I am today. I’ll be real — I hated when she put me in private school for middle school. It pulled me away from my friends, and at the time, I didn’t get it. But looking back… that decision changed everything. It shaped my character, my values, and the kind of man I’m becoming. She’s done more for me than I could ever repay. A lot of this wedding is happening because of her.
Father of the Groom
My dad’s the blueprint when it comes to work ethic. He never made excuses, just handled his business — and thanks to him, I do the same. My love for cars, motorcycles, baseball, and even music... all came from him. I still remember being a kid and him rubbing his beard on my stomach before heading out for night shifts, taxiing in NY. That’s love.
Groomswoman
My sister’s a real artist — she is creative, smart, detailed, and just sharp with it. I definitely annoyed her growing up (probably still do), but life would be dry without her. I respect her a lot, even when she’s roasting me. Which is often.
Groomswoman
My grandma is clutch. When she leaves the house, you feel it — things get quieter, less warm. She keeps things calm when stuff gets messy, literally and emotionally. Fun fact: I used to get paid to do the dishes and clean the bathroom... until she undercut me and did it all for free. Stole my hustle.
Best Man
Maz is my guy. Big dreams, even bigger heart. We’ve built so much together and been through some wild seasons. There’s a bunch of opportunities I would've missed if he didn’t push me to go for them. He’s the cook, I’m the dish guy — it just works. We’ve had deep convos, business wins, dumb jokes... all of it. Maz is like blood at this point. Couldn’t ask for a better business partner.
Groomsman
Gerardo was my very first Muslim friend. Before that, I was practicing mostly on my own — figuring it out solo. We crossed paths volunteering one day, and it turned out we were both Hispanic reverts. That connection hit instantly. We’ve made memories I’ll never forget — especially our time in Colombia. Ramadan nights with Gerardo? Different. From late-night talks to pulling up in public rocking thobes like it was Eid every day — we made the most of every moment. Grateful for this brotherhood, and for the reminder that Allah always sends the right people at the right time.
Groomsman
I love Doug. He’s the Vin Diesel to my Paul Walker. Him and his dad have saved me in more tough situations than I can count. If I need something, he’s there — unless you’re calling him, ‘cause he’s probably not picking up. Almost got us locked up in Ybor one night, but we’ll leave that story off the record.
Groomsman
The trio. I met Kenny and Nim through Xbox Live when we were just kids — Joel came with the package. Somehow, through all the games, voice chats, and states between us — we built a real bond. We’ve had deep convos, all-nighters, dumb laughs, everything. Now they’re here at my wedding, and it honestly blows my mind. Brotherhood isn’t always about proximity — sometimes it’s just consistency. And yeah… whatever was said in those Xbox lobbies? That stays in the Xbox lobbies.
Groomsman
Me and Angel got close during a trip to California with Maz — and from there, the bond just stuck. We ended up rooming together for about six months, and those days were full of good laughs, good convos, and real friendship. On our drive back to Florida, we technically lost his cat… but we’ll just leave it at that. I even went with him to buy his Corvette — and not gonna lie, I might end up owning one one day because of him. If Fast & Furious was real life, Angel would 100% be part of the crew. Loyal, sharp, and always down for the ride.
Groomsman
Doza’s the mystery man. Pops in, disappears, then shows up again like no time passed. He’s off living his best life, exploring, vibing — and I respect it. Solid gym partner, and even better company when we link up. You never really know what Doza’s up to… and that’s the magic.
