Where is the venue?
Answer
Spence Cabin (Ceremony) and Appalachian Clubhouse (Reception) are located in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. These cabins can be a difficult area to navigate as cell service is poor. Detailed directions will be provided. Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Due to the area being open to the public, parking is limited at Spence Cabin and the Appalachian Clubhouse. It is encouraged to plan to carpool with other guests to limit parking difficulties. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is starting parking fees in beginning in 2023, a parking tag will be $5 a vehicle. There are about 20 parking spaces between the ceremony and reception cabins, these spaces do not require parking tags.

Where should I stay?

We encourage guests to book a cabin/airbnb/vrbo around the Gatlinburg area. As it will be Labor Day weekend, the demand for places to stay will increase as the weekend gets closer, please plan accordingly.

The dress code is casual - please wear whatever you're comfortable in!
