Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

As of now, the plan will be to have the ceremony outside, and the reception indoors. Should the weather be unfavorable (less than 65 degrees F, snowing, or raining), then we will move the ceremony indoors.

Question

Where would be ideal for lodging?

Answer

A map has been posted of the primary locations where events will be held, including the venue, our house, and the Lazy 5 Ranch. The rehearsal will be at the venue. The rehearsal dinner site is TBD.

Question

For those flying into Charlotte, when would be a good time to arrive?

Answer

Some wedding party members are planning to fly in Thursday night (3/12/26), as there will be individual bridal party dinners Friday evening, and the rehearsal will be Saturday evenings. However, guests are more than welcome to come a day or two earlier as well, especially extended family members!
