When should I arrive at the ceremony site?

Answer

The ceremony is set to begin at 4 pm and guest should begin arriving between 3:30-4pm.

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

It is located at 12111 Knight Road Grass Lake, MI. This is Cody's grandparents, Mike and Betty Coppernoll home. The ceremony will be in the back by the woods near the Sugar Shack. There will be parking behind the ceremony site in the grass.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We want to make sure that everyone is safe so make sure to have a designated driver for you to make it home safely.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code, however, we would love to see everyone dress up BUT comfortably! Think semi-formal but ready to dance the night away.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

It's a little both. Our ceremony will be outdoors near the woods in a grassy area. The reception will be indoors with heating and cooling.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride, groom, and their immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Will a videographer be there?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a videographer at our wedding so you may end up being in the final cut, so be sure to have fun and look and feel great!

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

It is spring themed, so if you would like to wear bright colors to match the beautiful flowers that will be growing or floral patterns. We don't care what you wear, we just want you to be comfortable and have a good time.

I can't make it to the ceremony but can make it to the reception, can I still come?

Answer

YES! It is not mandatory for you to come to our ceremony if you can't or simply don't want to. Just let us know by RSVPing so we can make sure we have enough seating for everyone. We would love to celebrate this with you if you can only come to one or the other.

Where should guest park, is there a parking fee?

Answer

The ceremony will have parking in the grass behind the ceremony site. We will have areas marked off on where you can park. At the reception there will be signs pointing you to two parking areas. Please be sure to follow those signs. There is no valet or fee to park.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! This is a family affair and would love to have your kids come and have some fun. If you would prefer to keep them home, that is fine too.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, we anticipated anyone to bring at least one additional person with them.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please have RSVP's in the mail by March 30th so we have enough time to finalize our plans. You can also RSVP online here on our website, which is our preferred method.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We do not have a registration, we just ask for donations to our honeymoon fund. You can do it online here on our website or you can bring some money to the reception to drop off.
