Bethany and Mikael first met at 365 Health Services, working side-by-side in the same department serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. What began as simple conversations during the workday slowly grew into a quiet admiration. Bethany was naturally drawn to Mikael’s calm strength and gentle spirit, while Mikael pretended to play it cool — but God was already writing something much bigger behind the scenes. After almost a year of knowing each other, they decided to take a leap of faith. In November 2024, they gave their friendship a chance to become something more. What they didn’t yet realize was that they weren’t just compatible — they were destined. Their relationship quickly revealed itself to be a divine alignment, rooted deeply in faith from the very beginning. Together, they have grown, healed, and discovered an even greater sense of purpose. They’ve learned what it means to find home in another person — a love strengthened through prayer, grace, and a shared desire to honor God in everything they do. Every challenge they’ve faced has only drawn them closer to one another and closer to God. In February 2025, Mikael took a bold and faith-filled step. Despite uncertainties and life’s unpredictable timing, he trusted God wholeheartedly — holding onto the promise and vision that the Lord placed in his heart. With that confidence, he asked Bethany the big question, choosing not just love, but divine purpose. And she said yes. Their journey is a testament to God’s timing, God’s goodness, and the beauty of walking hand-in-hand in alignment with Him.
