Passport

Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before October 2026. Also note that it can take up to 3 months for a passport to arrive so please ensure you plan accordingly.

Flight

Flight to and from Cabo San Lucas

Please book your preferred airline time of arrival and departure. Just note that you are flying into San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). We recommend booking your round-trip flights as early as possible to avoid price increases and limited availability.

Shuttle

Transportation to and from SJD/Mar Del Cabo

Guests can enter their flight details and reserve shuttle service both upon arrival and departure. The approximate travel time between the airport and the resort is 45–55 minutes. While taxis, rideshares (such as Uber), and private transfers will be available and promoted at the airport, we kindly ask that you avoid using these options. We have partnered with a trusted external transportation provider to ensure a smooth, reliable experience and direct service to the resort. Once your reservation is booked and paid, you will receive a confirmation one week before the wedding. If you need any assistance with the reservation process, please contact: transportation_services@impalacabo.com. Upon arrival at the airport, Impala Cabo will be located at Tent 6 to greet you and guide you to your shuttle!

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the dates in the room block: Once your reservation is confirmed, please email teamgroup@velasresorts.com with the additional nights you’d like to book and your room preferences. Please note that the room block only applies to the dates listed in the link; any extra nights are subject to availability. Check in begins at 3PM and check out is at 12 PM. Early check in or late check out may be available at an additional cost.

Taxis Around Town

The resort will have taxis available for you to take into town at any point in time. Feel free to request a taxi in the lobby for immediate pick up or even schedule ahead! The resort is about a 25-minute ride to the marina attractions and downtown.
