There is no specific dress code, dress casual. However, the theme is Fourth of July if you’d like to join in the festivities you’re more than welcome!

The address is 1616 Oilwell Rd Suite B, Jefferson City MO, 65101. However, the first building you see is the golf course. The venue is the back building. There will be also be plenty of signage to guide you!

What time should I arrive?

You may arrive one hour before the ceremony to give yourself enough time to say hello and find a seat.

Can I take/ post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are asking for an unplugged ceremony. We have an awesome professional photographer that will capture the best moments! We just don’t want the picture ruined by somebody stepping in front of the camera. However, at the reception will have a photo station and feel free to snap pictures on the dance floor and post using the hashtag #sheehanstateofmind!! Pictures will be downloaded and we can give copies up on request!

We made it super convenient and easy for everyone. The ceremony and reception will be at the same location, Capital Bluffs!

We will post lots of signs where to park. We do ask you reserve the front for handicap, thank you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

HOT!! We will have lots of water and be providing paper fans for guests. The reception area is also inside and air conditioned if you need to cool off!

The ceremony will be outdoors followed by the reception inside.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are definitely welcome! They will be included on the invitations there and there will be some kids activities! However, there will be alcoholic beverages on the premises.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will take in consideration plus ones! We will label them on invitations but please let us know when you RSVP so we can give our vendors a head count. If you haven’t marked your plus one by the RSVP deadline we will assume you are not bringing a guest and there will simply not be enough food.

Should we bring gifts or send them ahead of time?

There will be a cards and gift table the day of the wedding. However, you are more than welcome to send the gift ahead of time for the bridal shower!

Will there be food and drinks be served at the reception?

Yes! There will be some snacks and a meal at the reception and of course cake! We will also have a cash bar. However, you may bring your own alcohol. Please drink responsibly!
