Will you be requiring proof of Covid vaccination?

Answer

We will require vaccinations and booster in order to be respectful of all guests, but we will use the honor system.

What should I wear?

Answer

What will the weather be like? What if it rains?

Answer

Expect temperatures in the 70s-80s by day and 50s-60s by night. Our venue features multiple barns; we will be dining in the largest barn and dancing in the smaller barn (along with the ceremony, if need be). All barn doors will remain open, but our heads will be covered!

How will I get around?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from the hotel to the wedding and from the wedding back to the hotel and afterparty (~20 minutes each way). Friday welcome drinks and the Sunday brunch will both be at the Harraseeket Inn in downtown Freeport, and the afterparty will be walkable (or a short Lyft) from the Harraseeket. Also note that the Hilton Garden Inn is only a ~5 minute walk from the Harraseeket.

Will I need to take a COVID test before the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you take a COVID test within the 24 hours leading up to your arrival in Freeport.

I'm worried about being in a large group with COVID. What actions are you taking to help keep guests health?

Answer

A couple of things: The ceremony will be outside (assuming a nice day) The wedding reception will be in a large, open barn with open doors We very much welcome the use of masks whenever you feel comfortable We will follow the local guidelines and CDC recommendations We are requiring proof of vaccinations You can always reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns

Yes! There is plenty of parking onsite.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, unless otherwise stated, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
