I first met Christina in middle school, and we have been soulmates ever since. We quickly bonded over our mutual love for Paul McCartney and Barbra Streisand's Funny Girl. From sleepovers at 12 years old to college roommates at Concordia, Christina has been with me through it all. In fact, I texted Christina on our first day of college and told her that I had met a "beautiful man" (Arne) and that I was going to marry him someday. I can't put into words how grateful I am for her friendship today and for the past 13 years.
Lexi Ward

Lexi is one of my favorite humans in the entire world. She will do anything for a friend, including driving over 400 miles to clean her pal's apartment and make her food to get her through her finals week of medical school. She is always full of encouraging words and can bring a smile to my face even if she's halfway across the country. Lexi is one of those people who passes the "Front Porch Test" (if you've watched How I Met Your Mother, you know this means that Lexi and I will be friends for life). I'm so lucky to have such an intelligent and kind woman as one of my dearest friends.
Nadia Toumeh

I can't imagine life without Nadia Toumeh. Nadia and I first talked in the basement of the Carl B. Library at Concordia as little freshman that had dreams of going to medical school someday. Nearly 7 years later, we are fourth year medical students and have been supporting each other every step of the way. From coffee dates at Twenty Below, to a girls' trip to San Diego, Nadia brings so much joy to my life. She is hilarious, brilliant, and someone who is always just a phone call away if I need her. She is one of the strongest people I've ever met, and I can only dream to be half the woman she is someday.
Connor Wieland

From summertime walks at sunset, to driving around and picking out our dream homes, Connor makes all aspects of life more fun. I can talk to Connor about anything and everything and know that he will listen with open ears and give me his honest opinion and the greatest advice. He is someone who always puts others before himself, and he is truly the most incredible friend. He is someone I can share the deepest belly laughs with, but also someone I can cry with. I am so thankful I have him as a forever friend.

I've known Jake since I was born, he's like a brother to me. Jake and I love fishing, although he tends to drop more valuable belongings into the lake than catch fish. We've been through everything together, he really is the best, man.

Best friends since we were kids, Storm is a pretty cool guy. Always down for a legendary road trip or two, our 2 week trip down the West Coast is one awesome highlight of our friendship.
Zach Fecteau

Zach started as a neighbor down the street and became a lifelong friend. Zach and I spent our time as kids training to become professional wrestlers, maybe we'll get there someday still. He is down-to-earth but hilarious, always the life of the party.
