Flights are not included in your room rate, however, if you need assistance with booking flights, Beatrice can assist you! If you decide to book the flight on your own, please communicate the details with Beatrice so that she can set up the hotel transportation for you.

How to find it: Click into your App store, search the Hyatt Inclusive Collection. Once downloaded type in the hotel Dreams Playa Esmeralda. Here you can navigate the resort, dining, activities, shows, and more! Restaurants vary from elevated dining to casual beach side buffets. The day is packed with daily activities such as pool volleyball, yoga, dance lessons, and more. Nightly entertainment includes a variety of events such as music, beach parties, fire shows, and so much more!!

Dreams Playa Esmeralda offers unique pool experiences. All main pools offer drink services. Pools on site: Infinity Pool- central pool Activity Pool- large and lively with pool bar Kids Pool- waterpark and splash zone Private Pool for Preferred Club guest- a true mellow escape with swim up bar Adults (18 years plus) can also walk to the sister resort which is the Secrets Playa Esmeralda. Here, our adult guests can enjoy all that they offer as well including restaurants, bars, pools, shows, and more!
