FAQs

Question

There are tents/cabins available at Field Trip, can I book one of those?

Answer

No. Unless you have received an inviation to book on-site accomdations from Mika or Ginx.

Question

So where do I stay?

Answer

There are a wide variety of hotels/vacation rentals available in Santa Fe. If you're interested in spending some time exploring downtown Santa Fe, we recommend staying near the Plaza. If you like to keep things more low-key we recommend a vacation rental outside of downtown. There is also the option of bringing your own tent and camping at our venue. Reach out to Ginx/Mika if this interests you.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to/from Field Trip for the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. The shuttle will pick up guests in front of REI in the Railyard. It will make one trip to Field Trip to drop guests off, then return at the end of the evening to bring guests back to Santa Fe. Please let us know with your RSVP if you plan on taking the shuttle. Pick Up/Drop Off Location: REI - 500 Market St #100, Santa Fe, NM 87501 Pick Up Time (To Venue): 2:45 pm on Saturday, September 6th 2025 Return Trip 1 (From Venue): 8 pm Return Trip 2 (From Venue): 10 pm

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we have decided to have our special day with adults only. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Anything in particular I should know?

Answer

We're so glad you asked! Our venue will be available for all wedding guests starting Friday, September 4th at 1 pm. The venue is on a river, with many hot tubs, and a sauna - so pack a swimsuit and towel and enjoy! Please note: if you choose to utilize the venue's amenities on Friday, September 4th, pre-wedding set-up and rehearsal will take place while you are there. We kindly ask that you do not disturb our team/friends/family as these preparations take place.

Question

Is there cell service at the venue?

Answer

There is limited cell service in the area, so we recommend saving directions prior to your trip to the venue. Once at the venue, guests can connect to complimentary wi-fi.

Question

What is there to-do in Pecos?

Answer

There are SO many hikes in and around Pecos. We recommend you Google the best hike based on your skill level and interests. Frankie's at the Casanova is a 15 minute drive from the venue and has delicious Northern New Mexican fare - highly recommended! Please see the 'Things To Do' page for more recommendations.
