Where is the wedding located?

Answer

Our wedding is located at the Copper Rose Ranch in Livingston, Montana. The address is 2173 E River Rd, Livingston, MT 59047

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab above. We kindly ask that you respond no later than May 31, 2026.

What’s the nearest airport to the Venue?

Answer

The closest airport is Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), located about 50 minutes from the Copper Rose Ranch and about 40 minutes from Livingston.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have a block at the Fairview Inn & Suites Livingston Yellowstone, that’s about 20 minutes away from the venue. For more information please click on the lodging tab at the top of the page.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate “Cannot Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find you are unable to make it, please notify David or Mika as soon as possible.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will run from the hotels to the venue and back to the hotel. It is a small shuttle, so if you can’t fit or don’t make it on time and still need a ride, Uber and other rideshare options are available.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking at the venue if you are driving yourselves!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend you aim to arrive by 3pm to ensure you’re able comfortably arrive on time.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we love your little ones! They will be included on your invitation or as “The __ Family” indicating that your whole family is invited. Our only request is if your child is crying or is getting upset during our ceremony, please take them away from the ceremony to let them calm down. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear semi formal/cocktail attire. Ceremony will be held outdoors on grass (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors. The bridal party will be wearing sage green and tan, so we kindly ask guests to avoid those colors if possible.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(your name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have a cash bar available at the venue after the ceremony for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your love and support mean everything to us, especially with everyone traveling to celebrate with us! We don’t have a traditional registry, but for those who wish, a honeymoon fund is available.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration! We just ask that you do not step in the aisle at any time to take photos during the ceremony so you do not get in the way of the wedding party or photographer.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests. Peanuts and tree nuts will already be covered since Mika has an allergy to those foods.
