What is the vaccination policy?

Answer

Hotel guests of The Little Nell are required to be vaccinated. Also, if you plan to attend any restaurant or bar at the Little Nell you must be vaccinated. Event guests for the wedding can show proof of vaccination OR a negative test result. Booster shots are not required. Covid tests must be taken within 48 hours of the event. PCR, antigen and at-home tests are all acceptable. Due to the size of these weddings, it is preferable if documentation can be collected in advance (as best as possible), however if that is not the case, the Nell will have a staff member checking guest documentation at gondola upload.

Preferably no kids at the ceremony/reception. Brides daughter will be in attendance only.

The ceremony and reception is semi-formal/cocktail attire Keep in mind, the temperature in Aspen will likely be hot , but the elevation will make it a bit cooler than Florida

Please see schedule for all events. The ceremony and reception are most important, all other are optional.

Ceremony is outdoor (no shade or covering) and the reception is indoor

What time is the actual ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 230pm. However, Please keep in mind there is a 15 minute Gondola ride to get to the top. I would plan to get to the gondola around 145pm-2pm.

What is the weather like in Aspen in July?

Answer

It is an agreeable summer month with average temperature between 40-69 degrees F. They do experience rain a lot in these summer months.
