GYE is the airport code, this airport is located in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is the closest one to the event. If you're departing from the U.S we recommend to flight through United, American Airlines, or JetBlue. (Avianca and Spirit can be very problematic) keep in mind Spirit tends to cancel flights a lot, it has happened to all of us that have traveled to Ecuador with Spirit. TIME OF ARRIVAL: We highly recommend everyone to arrive to GYE airport on Thursday at any time, if not Friday until 1pm. The location of the event is 2 hours away from Guayaquil, therefore we are having a shuttle to take everyone to Playas town on Friday. UU., te recomendamos volar a través de United, American Airlines o JetBlue. HORA DE LLEGADA: Recomendamos a todos que lleguen al aeropuerto de GYE el Jueves a cualquier hora, si no, el Viernes hasta las 12:00pm. La ubicación del evento está a 2 horas de Guayaquil, por lo tanto, vamos a tener un servicio de transporte para llevar a todos a Playas el Viernes. This hotel is ONLY for those arriving to Guayaquil on Thursday (4/18) or before Thursday. This hotel is located in the area called Puerto Santa Ana, which is a safe area to stay in Guayaquil, we do not recommend booking a hotel outside this area or walk away from this area because of the crime and violence this city is facing at the moment. Puerto Santa Ana has restaurants, bars, rooftops, and stores around the boardwalk, it has everything you need for your stay in Guayaquil. NOTE: You should book from any day until Friday (4/19) since you are getting picked up from Puerto Santa Ana on Friday noon to head to the beach. Nobody should be arriving to Guayaquil on Saturday since chances of having a safe transportation to the beach are low. ___________ Este hotel es SOLO para los que lleguen a Guayaquil el Jueves (4/18) o antes del Jueves. Este hotel está ubicado en el area de Puerto Santa Ana, que es una zona segura para hospedarse en Guayaquil, no recomendamos reservar un hotel fuera de esta zona ni tampoco alejarse de esta zona debido a la delincuencia y la violencia que enfrenta esta ciudad en el momento. Puerto Santa Ana cuenta con restaurantes, bares, roof tops y tiendas alrededor del malecón, tiene todo lo necesario para tu estadía en Guayaquil. NOTA: Debes reservar desde cualquier día hasta el Viernes (4/19) ya que lo recogeremos en Puerto Santa Ana el Viernes al mediodía para ir a la playa. Nadie debería llegar el Sábado a Guayaquil ya que las posibilidades de tener un transporte seguro a la playa son bajas.

Airbnb is also another great option for lodging at Puerto Santa Ana, Guayaquil. This stay is also for those arriving to Guayaquil on Thursday 4/18 or before. This is just another option besides Wyndham hotel, many people prefer Airbnb and Puerto Santa Ana has many Airbnb rentals. Please go to the App and type "Puerto Santa Ana, Guayaquil" in the Destination tab. Again, please do not book outside Puerto Santa Ana, other places do not have security guards or cops surrounding the area as Puerto Santa Ana does. _________________________ Airbnb también es otra gran opción para hospedarse en Puerto Santa Ana, Guayaquil. Esta estadía también es para quienes lleguen a Guayaquil el Jueves 4/18 o antes. We will have a shuttle from Guayaquil to Playas for those who are traveling to Ecuador and are not familiar with the country or do not have family members or trusted agencies to help them with this transportation. At 1:00pm we would have a shuttle to pick up everyone at Puerto Santa to head to Playas If you arrive to Guayaquil on Friday after 1pm please message me directly in advance to see other options for transportation. Due to safety we don't recommend traveling from Guayaquil to Playas at night If you arrive to Guayaquil on Saturday please let us know at least a month in advance so we can help you find a transportation early in the morning, wedding begins at 4pm. Please note that the entire wedding party and family would be in Playas by Friday night, if you give us a short notice the bride and groom would not be able to help, our families might be able to offer some help last minute. _____ Tendremos un transporte de Guayaquil a Playas para aquellos que viajan hacia Ecuador y no conocen el pais o no tienen familiares o agencias de confianza que les faciliten esta trasnportacion. A la 1:00 p.m. recogeremos a todos en Puerto Santa para viajar hacia Playas. Si llegas a Guayaquil el Viernes después de la 1:00 p.m., envíame un mensaje directamente con anticipación para ver otras opciones de transporte a la playa. Por seguridad, no recomendamos viajar a Playas en la noche Si llegan a Guayaquil el Sábado, por favor avisar por lo menos con un mes de anticipación para que podamos ayudarles a encontrar un transporte temprano en la mañana, la boda empieza a las 4:00 p.m. Tengan en cuenta que los novios, corte y familia estarán en Playas el Viernes por la noche, si nos avisan con poca anticipación, la novia y el novio no podrán ayudar, pero puede que nuestras familias puedan ofrecer ayuda a último minuto.
