Nos Vamos A Casar!

It all started during Emily’s senior year of high school. One day, while Emily was scrolling through Twitter, she came across a video of Miguel working out at the gym with the caption: “Who wants a free personal trainer?” Emily, of course, thought it was the perfect opportunity to get summer ready… but let’s be honest, it didn’t hurt that the trainer was pretty handsome también (hay que aprovechar el taquito de ojo, verdad?). What she didn’t know at the time was that she would be the only person to message him. Sí, la única. Looks like fate — and maybe a little curiosity — was already working its magic. Although their plan was to meet at the gym, life had other plans. Their first time meeting ended up being at a family friend’s quinceañera. Somewhere between the music, the dancing, and probably a few nervous laughs, two 17 year olds spent the night dancing together without realizing they had just started their own love story. From that night on, they basically became inseparable. If you saw one, the other one was probably right there too. They spent almost every day together—growing up side by side, dreaming about the future, supporting each other through life, and becoming not just partners, but best friends. And now here they are… still dancing through life together, a little older, a little wiser, and still very much in love. With the blessing of God, they’re excited to start this next chapter as husband and wife. And it all started with one post on twitter… and Emily shooting her shot.
