When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive by 5:15pm for ample time to park and find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Come celebrate with us in garden semi-formal attire! Suits, midi-full length dresses, and dressy separates. Fun silhouettes and creative accents are encouraged. Please refrain from wearing jeans. Note that the ceremony and reception will be primarily on grass, but heel covers will be available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Plenty of parking will be available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available between Chico and the venue for out-of-town guests. The shuttle departs the Oxford Suites promptly at 4:30pm, and will be available to return to Chico beginning at 9:30pm until 1:00am. Please let us know if you would like to utilize the shuttle.
