FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The venue will be open 30 minutes before the ceremony. Guests can begin to arrive at 3:30 pm to take a seat.

Question

What should I wear? What will the dress code be?

Answer

Formal/Cocktail: Generally speaking, a formal dress code is below black tie but dressier than casual. Gentlemen, you do not need a tux but something darker or more conservative will be perfect. Ladies, a nice mid length or floor length cocktail dress or jumpsuit will do.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour or reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All festivities will be indoors. There is also a garden area if anyone would like some fresh air. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of street parking as well as a parking lot behind the garden area of the venue.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate worry free, we respectfully request no children attend the celebration. Aside from the wedding party, all plus one RSVPs need to be 15 or older.

Question

What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and the reception?

Answer

A selection of hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour followed by a Caribbean buffet style reception dinner.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. There will be a selection of beer and wine to choose from. Please remember that all bartenders work hard throughout the night. Cash tips and virtual tips will be accepted and appreciated.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony all cameras and phones are turned down and put away. Before the ceremony, during cocktail hour and the reception take as many wonderful photos as you would like! We do ask that NO images or videos of the wedding party be posted on social media before the newlyweds have a chance to share their day.
