Question

What time should we arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please be at the venue around 3:30pm as you will need time to walk to the ceremony site. If you get there at 3:55pm plan to be jogging through an uneven field in order to still be late (you'll have to just trust us on this, you'll understand once you're there) We will have beverages ready for you at arrival so you're comfortable prior to the start of the ceremony!

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal meaning suites and dresses/gowns. The theme is: upscale garden wedding with an Italian touch so feel free to play around with fun prints, colors, and textures! We don't often get the chance to dress up so really go for it. Please remember that we will be on grass and the ground is not perfectly even so plan accordingly for shoe choice.

Can we drive to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, however you/your car will need to be able to drive on an uneven field. There are plenty of taxis, Lyfts, and Ubers to get you to the venue! We have arranged vans to get you home in the evening once you're done celebrating. What time will the reception end?

Answer

Since this is a family property we get to keep the festivities going until midnight! At that point, we will have the last shuttles waiting to take folks home.

Will transportation be provided to get home after the reception?

Answer

We have reserved vans to get you home after you're done celebrating starting at 10:00pm. They are private sprinter vans that will drop you off where you're staying, so if you're planning on taking a shuttle please update your RSVP with where you're staying so we can give the drivers that information.

Is it okay to take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you do not have phones out during our ceremony. Not only do we want you all to be in the moment with us, but we have also hired an excellent photographer who will be capturing every moment. We promise there will be plenty of other opportunities to get photos and videos throughout the evening.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you enjoy your parents' night out!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where should we stay?

Answer

If you would like to stay in a hotel, we recommend booking at either Inn at the 5th Eugene or The Gordon, as we were able to get discounted pricing for you there! Please check the travel tab on our website for more information and how to book. There are lots of other hotels in town along with Airbnbs or VRBOs you can book.

When is the RSVP deadline

Answer

Please have your RSVP in by April 30, 2026. Once that date has passed, you will be marked as not attending.
