Cocktail Attire! We encourage guests to join us for an elegant evening of celebration. Whether you choose a suit, cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or another favorite wedding guest ensemble, we look forward to celebrating with you in style.
The ceremony will be held outdoors for about 30 minutes, followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:45 PM so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins
We’re asking for an unplugged ceremony, which means we’d love for phones and cameras to be put away during the ceremony. We want everyone fully present in the moment — and we promise to share plenty of professional photos afterward!
While we would love for everyone to bring a guest, we’re keeping our wedding intimate and are limited on space. Your invited guests will be indicated on the envelope and displayed when you RSVP through our wedding website. Thank you for understanding!

Absolutely! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll happily work with our caterer to accommodate them
We recommend arriving no later than Saturday, November 14th, the day before the wedding, to allow extra time for any travel delays

We’ll have two hotel room blocks available for guests, both located about 15–20 minutes from the venue. Airbnb options are also available nearby
Yes! A complimentary shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Hilton hotel block. Since the shuttle will make multiple trips throughout the evening, there may be some wait time. Guests are also welcome to Uber, arrange other transportation, or rent a car if preferred
Not necessarily, especially if you plan to use the hotel shuttle or rideshare services. However, renting a car may make getting around easier depending on your plans during the weekend
Yes! Parking will be available onsite, and attendants will be there to help direct guests
