Are kids welcome?

We are limiting kids to immediate family.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the chapel 15 minutes prior to ceremony.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For luxury the Albermarle Estate or the Dinsmore Inn are great options! For family I would say the Marriott or the Boars Head Resort. However, please note that all of the options in the Charlottesville area are great, these are just the ones we have stayed at.

Can I bring a date?

Plus 1's will be indicated on your invite.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the barn and pavilion and a shuttle will take guests from the barn to the chapel starting at 3:30 to 3:50. There is no parking at the chapel. If you are getting a ride share to the ceremony, they can drop you off at the chapel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will transport guests after the reception at 10:30pm to downtown Charlottesville from the wedding. This is a 14-passenger shuttle so space is limited, so please let us know if you would like to use this option. Note guests will have to get their own transportation to the winery.
