We recommend you stay in Boulder - there's a lot more to do there! We will be providing transportation from downtown Boulder to/from the venue for your convenience. We have two room blocks available and the hotels are directly across the street from each other. Please check out our Travel page which includes links to book either hotel (Hilton Garden Inn Boulder or Marriott Boulder). The room rate is $219/ night + taxes and fees. In order to take advantage of the room block, please book no later than August 26, 2021. We highly recommend making reservations early as it will be a very busy wedding weekend in Boulder. There are also other hotels and AirBnb/ VRBO's available in Boulder as well. Note: The farewell brunch will be hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn Boulder and that will also be the pickup location for the shuttle.

Unfortunately, no. The venue has strict rules about all cars needing to be off the property by 11PM. We strongly encourage you to take the shuttle that will be provided from Boulder.
We love your kids- we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off so you can celebrate all night long with us!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Yes! We will absolutely be able to accommodate food allergies. Please submit any food allergies in your RSVP and we will coordinate with our chef.
Boulder is a mile high (5,300 ft) in elevation. We highly recommend staying as hydrated as possible while you are visiting Colorado. Drinks can hit you harder and it's much easier to get dehydrated. You may also feel more out of breath with physical exertion like walking up steps or hiking. We want you to feel your absolute best all weekend so please remember to drink water throughout the day!
Cell service is very spotty and most networks do not have service at the venue. We hope that you’ll enjoy the opportunity to be “unplugged” for a night.
We would greatly appreciate your response as early as possible to help with our planning purposes. Please respond no later than August 26, 2021.
