What is the resort cancellation policy?

Guests Rooms Payment Policy: To secure your reservation, PBSB will request a major credit card and will post one night of your stay at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: * If cancellation is received 21 days or before yourarrival, the initial deposit will be refunded. * Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night * If you failed to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) full stay as confirmed will be charged. * Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for your confirmed stay. Should you purchase a room+flight package, PBSB is NOT responsible for the airline policies. Please note fully prepayment may be required when using this option to reserve.
