Welcome Party

Welcoming all out-of-town guests for some casual bites and drinks! We’d love to see you before the big day—please let us know if you plan to join. Food and the first round of drinks will be provided; additional drinks will be available for purchase.

Wedding

5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Attire - Cocktail (Think Mountain Chic)

If you plan to take the provided transportation to the venue, please be at the ART Hotel no later than 4:30 PM. Shuttles will also be available after the wedding to bring guests back to the ART Hotel for anyone who would like a ride back.

The Day After - Hair of the Dog

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Attire - Casual

Keep the celebration going with us the next day! We’ll be hanging out at Schoolyard Beer Garden, conveniently located 2 blocks walking distance from the hotel. With tasty food, refreshing drinks, and a fun outdoor space for both kids and pups, it’s the perfect casual send-off. Guests are welcome to order food and drinks at their leisure.
