Hotel
This is the hotel where all wedding festivities will be held. We currently have a room block available to all wedding guests for a nightly room rate of $165. To reserve your room online please use this link to our wedding block: https://reservations.travelclick.com/9880723?groupID=5041925 Otherwise, please call the number listed above and PRESS OPTION 6 to reach the front desk. Inform them that you are with the Otey-Cockburn wedding and they will book you over the phone. The hotel is currently in the process of separating its partnership with Best Western, so when you call, DO NOT press 1 for reservations or you will be incorrectly routed to the general directory. You MUST speak directly with a front desk agent of the Heritage Hotel to book your room. We strongly recommend staying at the wedding hotel if possible, as we currently do not plan to provide shuttle service to other locations. We want everybody to be safe and relaxed on our special day, so please plan accordingly and book ASAP as the rooms will fill up fast! The room block cut off is 45 days before the wedding (March 24th), after that reservations cannot be guaranteed.

The Wyndham Southbury is really the only other hotel located in Southbury, CT. If our wedding block fills up or you prefer to stay here and have a safe mode of transportation back for the night of the wedding, feel free to give them a call or book online. Due to their policies, we are unable to secure a block of rooms here in advance, but you are still welcome to book on your own if you would like.

There are some cute Air BnBs and private rentals available in the area. If you are not able to book a room at the Heritage, feel free to look around on other rental websites, and don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have. Keep in mind that if you do not book a hotel room, you will likely be responsible for your own transportation to and from the wedding venue. There are Ubers and Lyfts available around here, but please plan accordingly and consider reserving a car in advance.
