Question

How do I contact the bride and groom if I have questions that are not covers here?

Answer

You can call or text either of us. Mickey: 540-632-3656 Becca: 540-397-2355

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to a limited budget and limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 16, 2025, via text or call, by scanning the QR code on the invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to come and there will not be a meal provided for you.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Becca as soon as you are aware.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by March 16, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept RSVPs after this date. (If you do not RSVP in time, you cannot attend the ceremony and dinner but you may be able to join us for cake and dancing, just reach out!)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive NO LATER THAN 2:45 pm to ensure you are seated on time. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Question

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then, you will not miss the ceremony but will be able to attend the remaining events.

Question

What if I cannot attend the whole event?

Answer

We are allowed to have additional guests for the cake and open dance portion of the night so if you are unable to attend the whole event, please let Becca know and she will advise you on what time to arrive.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love our family and friends to dress up with us on our big day! Ladies: dresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks and a blouse Men: collared shirts, nice jeans, slacks (jacket and ties optional) Cowboy boots are welcome Feel free to join us in wearing our wedding colors: burgundy, light pink, and beige.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Street parking is available around the venue. There may be some walking involved so please plan your arrival time accordingly.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Once the ceremony begins, all phones (and cameras) should be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us. We have hired a professional to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you! No cell phone or camera photobombs in my professional photos please!!!! Phones and pictures are allowed throughout the remaining events including cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Just not during the ceremony!

Question

What are my reception dinner options?

Answer

to be announced

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bar so be responsible and plan for your departure accordingly. We do ask that you be patient and respectful to the staff that are taking care of us.

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

Kids are invited but please keep a close eye on them as the venue is not child-proofed. If you plan to drink, please plan accordingly and make safe decisions. Feel free to bring small activities and snacks for your young children if that will help keep them occupied and happy so you can enjoy your evening.

Question

Where is your gift registry?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to provide a gift to the newlyweds, we ask that you contribute to a honeymoon fund. We have lived together for 5 years and have accumulated all the things we need. There is a registry tab you can click above to contribute online or feel free to drop a card in the card box at the reception.

For all the days along the way
