Are you interested in doing activities with Anna and Mickey?

Answer

Anna and Mickey will arrive in Cancun on 7/14 (Friday) at 6 p.m. and depart on 7/19 (Wednesday). Please contact us in advance to plan together as we are open to do any activities, such as zip lining, cave kayaking, eating street tacos, snorkeling etc.! We could also do boys and girls hangouts separately :)

How to get to the resort from the airport?

There are taxis readily available outside the airport.

How to enjoy All-Inclusive services?

Answer

At the time of check-in, each person will get a wristband that needs to be on during the time of your stay. The wristband will allow you to have unlimited access to eat at any restaurants, drink at open bars, and order room service without any additional charges.

What if you're staying at a different resort other than Hyatt Ziva Cancun?

Answer

You will be allowed to enter Hyatt Ziva Cancun for our wedding 30 minutes before the ceremony (4:30 p.m.) and leave the resort 30 minutes after the reception (11:30 p.m.). You will need a wedding pass so please contact Anna and Mickey in advance.
