When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

To receive the discount all hotel accommodations must be made by calling the hotel or through the direct booking link by August 27.

Is there a dress code?

This is a momentous occasion, please dress formally. When in doubt. All black everything.

Can I wear white?

Answer

If your name is not Tuere, and you show up at my wedding in white I will take my Christian Louboutin shoe and break my foot off in your John Brown hind parts…and then you will run a mile.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children outside of those that are participating in the event, and those expressly invited who are traveling from out of state attend the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Who is invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will be an intimate dinner for the wedding party and those asked to participate or host the event. We recommend using the evening to explore the beautiful city of Detroit while you're here!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Guest can start arriving as early as 4 PM. No one will be allowed to enter the ceremony space once the procession has started.

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

The Bride & Groom ask that you stay for a special end of the night send off around 9:30PM. The night will officially conclude at 10PM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available on site at the venue

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle that will depart from the hotel at 3:50PM to arrive for the ceremony. The shuttle will depart the venue at 9:50PM to return to the hotel.

Can I propose to my girlfriend at the reception?

Answer

This is our day, do that on your own time. And make sure you send us an invite. Lol.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have a bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event, including beer and wine. Mixed drinks can be purchased from the bar as well.

What should I do if I don’t really plan on partying too much?

Keep your whack ass at home cause we plan on turning up!

Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find all the details on the Registry page of our website!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! However, the couple will make an announcement, allowing for guests to take as many photos as they wish before leaving the ceremony space.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions. However, please let us know if you have any critical restrictions and we can discuss possible options

I don’t eat steak or chicken. I prefer seafood. What should I do about dinner?

There’s a Long John Silvers down the street from the venue. Enjoy!
