FAQs

If you are having any issues planning this trip or have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We are here to help!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 03.28.2026 using either the QR code, through the RSVP tab on this website, or mailing back the paper RSVP included with the formal invitation. If we do not receive a RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend and there will unfortunately be no room at the ceremony or reception to accommodate you. **The RSVP page has been removed as we are now past the need to know by date. If something comes up and you can no longer make it, please reach out to the couple directly. Thank you! **

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that you arrive between 4:15pm and 4:30pm to ensure that you have plenty of time to park, pick out your blessing shell, and find your seat.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal preferred. This a day to dress up and have fun! Please keep in mind that the ceremony is on the beach so you may want to wear shoes that you don't mind getting sandy or can remove easily.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone on our special day, due to venue capacity, only those listed on the invitation are permitted.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, this will be an adults-only event due to location and alcohol availability. Sarasota Babysitting Company is a recommended agency that can assist in watching your children. All sitters are vetted, along with being CPR and First Aid certified. Visit https://srqbabysitters.com/, email info@srqbabysitters.com or call (941) 812-3401 to learn more.

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on the beach. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside at the reception venue.

Question

Is the bar card, cash or open?

Answer

OPEN BAR! Please drink responsibly.

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Navy blue, tan, & pearl

Question

Are you registered somewhere, even though this is a destination wedding?

Answer

Yes! While your presence at our wedding truly means the world to us—and we know traveling for a destination wedding is already a big ask—we’ve had several friends and family members ask about a registry. We want to be clear that we absolutely do not expect gifts. Just joining us to celebrate is the greatest gift of all. That said, for those who feel strongly about giving something or aren’t able to attend but still want to celebrate from afar, we’ve created a registry on both Zola & Target with some things we’d love as we begin this next chapter. Thank you for thinking of us—it means more than you know!

Question

How can I mark a Zola registry item as purchased if I bought it elsewhere?

Answer

Zola is weird about registry items bought elsewhere. You can either let Mickayla/Wyatt know and they can mark it purchased on their side or you can reach out to Zola (email or call) with Mickayla & Wyatt's information and your confirmation #, and they can mark it purchased on their end.
