We found ourselves in Colorado, each chasing our own adventures and fresh starts — not realizing the best part of the journey was still ahead. Mick first met Kendall’s mom through work and heard a little about Kendall. After a few almost-encounters through mutual friends, he was curious enough to message her on Instagram. He sent a simple note asking if she’d like to hang out, and Kendall said yes. Our first date was over tacos — and from that night on, everything just clicked. It felt easy, fun, and full of natural spark. Since then, we’ve built a life together that’s filled with laughter, adventure, and love. We adopted our sweet kitties, bought our first home, and filled it with warmth and memories. One of our favorite adventures took us to the top of Mt. Massive — 14,000 feet above the world — where Mick popped the question that changed everything. Now, we’re so excited to make it official and spend the rest of our lives together — continuing to create new memories, climb new mountains (literally and figuratively), share our love with family and friends, and grow old surrounded by laughter, adventure, and our fur family.
