How Do I RSVP?

What If I Can’t Make It?

Answer

We completely understand that work and life can make destination weddings difficult to attend. Once RSVP’s are requested, please RSVP ‘no’ at your earliest convenience so we can plan accordingly.

Can I Bring A “Plus One”?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones. If your partner is invited, their name will be included on your formal invitation.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

Yes, we’re so excited to see our family and friends dressed up for the celebrations! Please visit the “Dress Code” tab for guidance and inspiration for our wedding events. On our wedding day, we kindly ask that guests dress formally and avoid the color white. Our wedding party will be wearing blush pink and beige/tan linen, so kindly avoid those colors as well.

Where Should I Stay?

We kindly ask that all of our guests stay at one of the three resorts on property including - El Dorado Royale (Adults Only), Casitas (Adults Only) or Generations (Family Friendly), where all wedding events will take place. We've thoughtfully selected this resort to ensure a wonderful experience for everyone and have partnered with the property to secure the best possible all-inclusive group rate. That means your nightly rate covers all the tacos, margaritas and poolside snacks your heart desires --- no surprise bills, just all-inclusive fun!

How Do I Book My Room?

To take advantage of our special room rate, please be sure to book your stay through our dedicated booking link. We recommend reserving your room as early as possible to ensure availability. Please visit the "Book Your Travel" page to reserve your room. *Please note: The deadline to book rooms is December 31st, 2025.*

When Should I Book My Hotel And My Flight?

For booking your hotel, we recommend booking through our dedicated booking link as soon as you can to secure the lowest rate. For booking your flight, we recommend booking 3-4 months prior to the wedding day as this is typically when US to Mexico flight prices are the lowest. * Please Note: To be part of our wedding group events, all guests must book their stay through Amber Costa. This ensures your reservation is linked to our group and guarantees you’ll be included in all the fun. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier or extend their stay, depending on availability.
