What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire — think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, and suits or dress shirts with slacks. Dress up, but keep it comfortable!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to venue capacity, we’re only able to include the kiddos in our wedding party and those specifically listed on your invitation. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us!

Is there a color we should avoid wearing?

Please save white, ivory, or cream for the bride — otherwise, wear what makes you feel great!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Holiday Inn listed in the travel section. Use code “BEW” for our group rate. Details on our Travel page!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on-site. Carpooling or ride-sharing is also encouraged!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will take place at Venue 5126, so you won’t have to travel between sites.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We’ll be hosting an open bar beginning at cocktail hour! The bar will pause during dinner, but soft drinks will still be available. Once dinner wraps up and the dance floor opens, the bar will reopen with beer and wine selections for the rest of the evening.

Please RSVP by 08/10/2026 so we can finalize our headcount with the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be indoors — we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap if you would like to enjoy the patio area outdoors.
