8 to 10 am coffee and sweets in the bridal suite Pick your own activities today Lunch on your own 2:15pm Florist & family decorates the outdoor wedding area and indoor reception tables 3:15pm family photo time with our hired photographer - meet at Hilton rear entrance to pool 4:15pm gather at the outdoor wedding area. Sunset Point 4:30 wedding ceremony & champagne 6 pm Cocktail hour on the Sundance terrace 7-10pm dinner & music in the Sundance Ballroom
