Vehicle Policy
Vehicle Policy: Only North American , Union made vehicles are allowed to park on property. Other vehicles are allowed to park outside the entrance in the designated parking lot. A hotel shuttle will transport drivers from the outside lot to the lobby or entrance near their assigned hotel rooms. Vehicles that do not meet the UAW policy are allowed to enter the center to check in and unload luggage. Guests not staying on the property will be directed to park their car in the Outside Lot. A hotel shuttle will be called to pick up the guests and transport them to the ceremony/ reception venue. PLN & TVC
For those flying in, the nearest major airport is Pellston Regional Airport (PLN), located about 45 miles northwest of Onaway. From the airport, head southeast on US-31, then take M-68 east directly to Onaway. Another option is Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) in Traverse City, which is approximately 110 miles southwest of Onaway. From Traverse City, take US-31 north to M-68 east. Both routes offer beautiful drives through the heart of northern Michigan.
