Please arrive by 4pm. Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour to follow. Dinner & reception will begin at 6pm. Dancing until 12am.
There are a number of parkades nearby the venue: Shipyards Parking (125 Victory Ship Way) Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier Parking (138 Victory Ship Way) ICBC Parkade (151 Esplanade W) Ubers, Lyfts, taxis, and public transit are encouraged.
Traffic going into North Vancouver can be quite busy. Please leave ample time to arrive to the venue. From Vancouver - it is a 20-minute Seabus ride from Waterfront Station to Lonsdale Quay Terminal, which is just steps away from our venue. If you find yourself running late, no worries! As the ceremony is held outside on the terrace, we ask that you please stay inside the venue during that time.
The venue is located on the 3rd floor of The Shipyards: 125 Victory Ship Way If coming from the ground floor, take the elevators next to Honey Shoppe and across from the Seaside Hotel. If coming from the parkade at The Shipyards, take the elevators next to the garage gate opening.
Cocktail or semi-formal
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be located outdoors on the terrace. We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Afterwards, please feel free to take as many photos as you like! Reception will be held indoors.
