I had a unique privilege of becoming really close friends with both Tony and Michelle independently and then watching them fall in love together. Tony and I lived on the same floor in college, and we were friends since day one. Tony is a true, genuine friend and inspires me everyday with amazing dedication to helping others. Michelle and I became friends when we went to China together for school. Michelle brings so much joy and love to everyone she meets, and I’m so lucky to have her as a friend. I met Michelle 13 years ago when I tutored her for her bat mitzvah I am so honored to be officiating at a wedding of two such very special people, Michelle and Tony. Since retiring from serving as the Ritual Director of Anshe Emet Synagogue, I continue to tutor students to help them prepare for their bar or bat mitzvah as well as officiate at other lifecycle events such as baby namings, funerals and weddings. Retirement has allowed me and my husband, Gabor, time to travel, visit grandchildren, catch up on reading and bicycling whenever possible.
