Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is the largest airport in Mexico. It is located three to four hours away in car or shuttle from San Miguel. Guests who fly into MEX, may choose to make a reservation for a shuttle service (recommendations mentioned below)

Querétaro Intercontinental Airport (QRO) is the closest airport to San Miguel de Allende. It is approximately a 60 minute drive from QRO to San Miguel. QRO has international flights from Atlanta (Aeromexico), Dallas (American Airlines), Houston (United) and Chicago (Volaris). Several airlines also provide flights to QRO from different cities within Mexico, including Mexico City.

Del Bajío International Airport (BJX) - Leon

Del Bajío International Airport (BJX) is the second closest airport to San Miguel de Allende, located close to Leon. It is a 75-90 minute drive from BJX to San Miguel. BJX has international flights from Atlanta (Aeromexico), Dallas (American Airlines) Detroit (Aeromexico), Houston (United & Interjet) and Chicago (Volaris & United). Several airlines also provide flights to BJX from different cities within Mexico, including Mexico City.
