Please RSVP by Saturday, June 20, 2026, so we can finalize logistics with our catering and coordinating team.
We ask all guests to arrive no later than 3:30PM to allow time for parking, check-in, and seating before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM. Out of respect for the ceremony, late arrivals may not be permitted entry until there is an appropriate break in the proceedings.
There is parking onsite at the hotel, though it is limited - carpooling is highly encouraged. If you cannot find parking, please feel free to park at the YMCA near the hotel.
When you arrive, please enter through the main lobby entrance, where an event coordinator will be there to welcome and check you in. To help us maintain an intimate celebration, entry will be reserved for invited guests listed on our guest registry only. For any questions regarding parking or where to go when you arrive, please call the front desk at (206) 901-9268.
To keep our celebration intimate and be mindful of the venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation and RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
The ceremony will be held on the hotel’s outdoor lawn, followed by a cocktail hour. Please note that the ceremony space is on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly. The reception will take place indoors about one hour after the ceremony ends.
