Ceremony Rehearsal

The bridal party will gather for a quick rehearsal of the ceremony before the big day. We’ll do a simple run-through to make sure everyone is ready for the real thing. Casual Attire: Sundresses, sandals, button-downs, and relaxed evening attire are all welcome.
Welcome Party
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us for dinner along with wine, beer, and a champagne toast to celebrate the evening. The Airbnb has stunning views and a pool, so if you’d like to take a swim, please bring a bathing suit. Guests are welcome to stop by anytime between 5:00–9:00 PM at their own convenience to relax and mingle. Please note that parking is not available at the Airbnb. We kindly ask that guests Uber from their accomodations. The Airbnb is just a 5-minute drive from the wedding venue and lodge. Cocktail Attire: We invite guests to wear cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets with slacks.

Please arrive at 3:45 PM to sip a glass of champagne before taking your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, though not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are also encouraged.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

As the sun begins to set, soak in the cocktail hour featuring an open bar with wine and beer, live music, and beautiful views overlooking Sedona. Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, though not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are also encouraged.
Reception

As the evening continues, we'll have dinner, drinks, and dessert under the stars before dancing the night away with the people we love most. Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, though not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are also encouraged.
Late Night Bites
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Before heading to the after party, it's time for late-night pizza, wine, and beer by the Airstream as the festivities continue. Guests are welcome to stop by their rooms beforehand to change into something more comfortable. Transportation will be provided to and from the after party. Late Night Attire: Come as you are from the reception — comfortable shoes encouraged.
After Party

Let’s keep the party going at Mooney’s — a lively Irish pub with drinks, games, live entertainment, and plenty of fun waiting for us after the reception. To ensure everyone gets back to the lodge safely, transportation will be provided between the venue and Mooney’s from 9:45 PM to 1:45 AM. Please do not drink and drive, as Arizona has very strict DUI laws and late-night Ubers may be limited or unavailable. After Party Attire: Reception attire or whatever you’d like to wear for a fun night out. Comfortable shoes encouraged.

Goodbye Breakfast

Before heading home, join us at the Airstream for coffee, tea, and breakfast. Guests are welcome to stop by anytime between 8:00–11:00 AM at their convenience. We’ll likely arrive around 9:00 AM and would love the chance to give everyone a hug before they head out. Goodbye Breakfast Attire: Keep it relaxed and comfortable if you’re traveling out afterward, though guests are also welcome to dress up and join us for one last celebration together.
