When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 1, 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue by 3:30 pm to allow time for parking and to find your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.

Will there be transportation available?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding venue. Pick up/Drop off location: The Courtyard Marriott, 1986 E. Main St. Woodland, CA Pick up time: 3:15 pm (limited seating available) Drop off time: Starting at 8:00pm- 10:30 pm

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoor. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels. There will be bathroom accommodations indoors.

Is there parking available?
Answer
There is plenty of parking available at the venue. We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely, so guests are able to leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up by 10:00 am the following morning. We will also be providing a shuttle for those leaving from the Courtyard Marriott.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best garden formal attire—think elegant, polished, and outdoor-friendly. For this dress code, we recommend: Suits or dress shirts with slacks Long dresses, midi dresses, or elevated cocktail dresses

Any colors I should avoid?

Bridesmaids will be wearing French Blue. We recommend wearing florals, light patterns, and cheerful or muted tones that feel fresh and festive.
