Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have booked hotel blocks at two hotels! Please see your options under the Hotel Blocks tab to access our unique event links for a discounted rate. Note: reservation deadline is August 7th.

Will there be shuttles?

Answer

Yes! Here is the schedule. Marriott Philadelphia West - First shuttle for guests will depart at 3:30pm and the second at 4:00pm. Alloy King of Prussia - One shuttle for guests which will depart at 3:25pm.

What is the attire?

Answer

Please dress in formal attire. This means suits for the men and dresses for the women. If you would like to embrace the theme of the venue, we recommend pastels and florals so you can match the beautiful gardens at Appleford. The ceremony will be outside and on grass. Please keep this in mind when selecting shoes.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, while we would have loved if our guests could bring a guest of their own, our venue has limited space. We ask that only those listed on the invitation attend the wedding ceremony and reception.

Yes, Appleford has ample parking.

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones away and be fully present with us during our special moment. Our amazing photographer, Tori, will be there to document everything!
