Thursday Arrival (Optional)

2:00 pm

You are welcome to arrive on Thursday, however there will be no official programming on Thursday evening. Check-in begins at 2pm. The hotel restaurant will be open for dinner and we will be hanging at the hotel that evening. We will be providing shuttles from Innsbruck to Hotel Frieden. At this time we are collecting interest on whether guests would like a shuttle. Later, we will reach out to confirm arrival schedules.

Ski Lift to Kellerjoch (Optional)

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Weather Permitting Hotel Frieden is nestled at the base of Kellerjoch, with ski lifts taking you up the mountain. As a group, we will take the ski lift to the Hecherhaus, where you can either: 1. Explore the nature, have lunch or coffee at Hecherhaus, and take the ski lift back down 2. Join us for a hike (exact route TBD, ~5 miles) from the top of the ski lift. We will likely finish the hike with some lunch on the mountain then take the lift back down. If you want to get extra steps in, you can forgo the ski lift and hike to the top of the ski lift.

Outdoor Activities (Optional)

9:00 am - 11:00 am

We will set up some games and activities on the lawn at Hotel Frieden. We welcome you all to join before getting ready for the main event! Early birds are welcome to head out on a trail run or start the day with a sauna session at the hotel.

Departures

7:00 am - 11:00 am

We will be providing shuttles back to Innsbruck. At this time we are collecting interest on whether guests would like a shuttle. Later, we will reach out to understand what time you want to leave the Hotel based on your travel schedules.
