When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests RSVP by Friday February 16th. If we do not receive an RSVP we will assume that guests are not able to attend. We greatly appreciate it!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love all of the little ones, this is an adult only event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue provides parking space for guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service providing transportation to guests staying at the Best Western Vineyard Inn. The shuttle will begin transporting guests at 3:45pm as our ceremony begins at 4:30pm. The shuttle will also provide transportation for guests back to the Best Western when the reception ends from 10:00-11:00pm. For guest not staying at the Best Western, please keep in mind that ubers/lyfts are not guaranteed due to the venue being out near the vineyards. Please plan accordingly.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception ends at 10:00pm; however, we will be having a late night snack hour at the venue from 10:00-11:00pm to allow guests to hang out after dancing and have a bite before heading home.
