Southwick Beach State Park has camp sites if you'd like to make a weekend of it. Call as soon as possible as these fill up quickly.
Nearby Henderson is a short 15 minute drive with summer rentals & shopping.
The Cherry Tree Inn is about 3 miles away from the house & has been recommended by many as a nice place in close proximity.
Sackets Harbor is a quaint little lakeside town with shopping & casual dining & is about 15-20 minutes from the house.
Henchen's Marina, The Sunset, Captains Cove & Stoney Island were recommended.
