Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport The Madrid Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas) is likely the most economical and convenient option for flying to Spain. It offers several direct flights from both the U.S. and South America. We recommend taking advantage of your stop in Madrid to explore this beautiful and historic city for a couple of days. From Madrid to Alicante, you have two great options: Drive: Rent a car and enjoy a scenic 4-hour drive (approximately 4 hours and 10 minutes) to Alicante. Train: Take the high-speed AVE train for a quick and comfortable journey that takes just 2 hours and 30 minutes. Aeropuerto de Valencia Another option is to fly into Valencia Airport, which also offers some direct flights. This can be a great alternative if you’ve already visited Madrid.Consider spending a couple of days in Valencia to enjoy its unique blend of modern architecture, historic charm, and Mediterranean vibes. From Valencia, you can rent a car and drive to Alicante—a scenic journey of about 2 hours. Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernandez Airport The closest airport to our wedding venue is Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (ALC), which offers convenient access to the area. From the airport, you'll find a variety of transportation options to easily reach your accommodations. Alicante is full of iconic landmarks and exciting activities to enjoy during your stay.
